The Customer notes in particular that:

there is a potential risk that unauthorized persons may take down or intercept the Customer's access codes, or data relative to bank relationships and use them abusively;
the information is transmitted over the public network and although divided into coded bits, it possible for it to be transmitted through lines and points abroad, regardless of the residence in Switzerland of the sender and addressee;
the administrators of the public networks may identify the Customer and the counterparts with whom he is in contact on the Internet;
in no case can the Cornèronline system or the public network guarantee the preservation of bank secrecy.

5.2 No assurance
Although the Bank has made every reasonable effort and used adequate measures to assure the reliability, accuracy and integrity of the information made available on the Cornèronline system, the data and documents provided are of purely informative nature.
They do not imply any obligation or responsibility for the Bank and cannot be used to assert any claim by the Customer or third parties against the Bank.
In the event of discrepancies between data or documents made available through the Cornèronline system and the data or documents held in the Bank’s books, the latter shall prevail.

5.3 Blockage, suspension, amendment or elimination of the Services and Functions
The Bank shall not be responsible and will not be answerable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages which may accrue to the Customer from the blockage, suspension, amendment or elimination of one or more services and functions or the entire Cornèronline system.

6. Marketing purposes
The Customer accepts that the Bank may use the data obtained from this system for its own marketing purposes.

7. Copyright
The entire content of the site is subject to Copyright. All rights belong to Cornèr Bank Ltd.
The reproduction of the site or parts thereof is prohibited in any form, be it on paper or electronic, except as expressly allowed by the services and functions present on the website.

8. Ownership of the site and trademarks
Cornèr Bank Ltd. reserves all rights arising from the ownership of the website and the trademarks concerning everything published on the website.
