How to request access to the e-banking services?

  • The e-banking service application forms must be requested to your Cornèr advisor

What are the access codes to the e-banking services?

  • The access codes consist of:
    - the UserID and the Password (sent by registered letter)
    - the Pocket List (sent separately by standard post).
  • The letters are sent to the client’s correspondence address, unless otherwise instructed.
  • The letters containing the access codes show the name of the user to which they refer.

Is it possible to enable multiple users to use the service?

  • The client may designate more than one user for the service by indicating the required data for each additional user in the form and identifying the specific functions to be enabled.
  • Each user is sent individual access codes that provide access to the enabled functions.
  • The codes are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

How do I access the system for the first time?

  • To access the system for the first time, all of the security codes must have been received (UserID, Password and Pocket List).
  • The codes should be entered according to the instructions given by the system.
  • Users are required to change their passwords immediately on first login.
  • The new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 2 numbers.
  • Note: the system is case sensitive.

How does the Pocket List work?

  • The list must be removed from the letter and folded on the adhesive side; it should be stored separately from the other access codes.
  • One of the 100 numbers in the list must be entered each time the system is accessed: the order is not sequential.
  • Once a year, a new list will automatically be sent to the user in advance.
  • Note: always pay attention to the version of the list from which the access code is taken (List number, etc.).
